Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree n.196/2003, we’d like to inform you that, in case of collection and processing of your personal data in case of promotional activities or business relationships, aimed at presenting offers are subjected to digital or manual processing on our part, as defined by Art. 1, par. 2, letter b) of the Law, for the following purposes: Legal obligations related to civil, tax, accounting regulations, etc., and in particular for:

  3. Information on future business initiatives, services and offers, both from us and from our partners, via mail, fax or the Internet.

Processing is carried out by the Data Holder in paper, digital and telematic form, on computer systems and servers available to it, by (internal and external) staff in charge, including the staff of www.bibliotechevco.it, who processes the data in order to manage the website in the best way possible, with digital and electronic methods.

www.bibliotechevco.it collects data related to website access and navigation, in order to provide the services and sections that require user identification, and it uses the information gathered for the website technical administration and for possible statistical analysis on its use.
www.bibliotechevco.it uses global statistical data on the type of traffic and other website-related info, without disclosing data related to single users to third parties. Any form of diffusion or disclosure to third parties (except for providers of the services indicated, for the purposes indicated) is excluded.

www.bibliotechevco.it undertakes not to use any personal data notified as incorrect, until the error has been corrected.

Integration to the Privacy Policy document concerning Google Analytics

Google Analytics (hereinafter also referred to as “Analytics”) is a statistics service offered by Google Inc., with headquarters in 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. Its purpose is tracking the access to websites and web resources, and it helps their administrators generate and view data in aggregate and anonymous form, for statistical purposes.
In order to function, Google Analytics requires the presence of a tracking code on the website pages, which identifies the pages visited by the users, domain names and type of computer browsers used. These data are anonymous, because they don’t allow user identification.

Purpose of the processing
The data gathered are used by Google for statistical purposes, in order to assess the correct website use and improve its efficiency.
 
Personal data processing
Data processing is managed by Google Inc. via computer and digital tools, with logics strictly related to the purposes highlighted below, and, in any case, so as to ensure the data security and confidentiality.
